Technology behemoth IBM will consolidate its 10 New York City offices into a massive, 328,000-square-foot footprint at SL Green’s newest development, One Madison, which it built in partnership with real estate developer Hines.
The tenant will anchor the building, taking parts of the second and seventh floors, as well as the entirety of floors eight through 10. IBM will also have its own lobby entrance on the ground floor during the 16-year lease agreement, SL Green announced Tuesday.
The tech giant will leave its space at 590 Madison Ave., known as the IBM Building until the company sold it to Edward J. Minskoff and Odyssey Partners in 1994,
