First Deputy Mayor Lorraine Grillo and Chief Efficiency Officer Melanie La Rocca on Thursday morning detailed the Adams administration’s plans to improve the city’s business relationship with private development partners. The city wants to streamline the steps needed to complete a construction project and speed up the payments of procurement contracts.
