Breweries from 17 countries won awards Thursday at the 2022 World Beer Cup, the largest international commercial beer competition.
U.S. breweries received 252 awards — the most of any country — at a ceremony at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Canadian breweries finished second with 14 awards, followed by German breweries with 11 awards.
More than 10,000 entries from 57 countries were judged during nine days by a panel of 226 judges from 28 countries. The judges awarded gold, silver and bronze awards in 103 style categories.
