WisdomTree Investments waved the white flag after a dissident investor clashed with founder and CEO Jonathan Steinberg, the husband of Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo.
The investment firm, whose stock is 75% below its peak, appointed the dissident’s two nominees to the board and agreed that all directors will stand for election at the same time, among other changes.
