President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden were briefly evacuated from their Rehoboth Beach residence Saturday after a small plane mistakenly entered restricted airspace.
The president and the first lady are now back at their Delaware beach house with no threat apparent, according to the White House.
In a statement, the Secret Service said the aircraft was immediately escorted out of the restricted airspace while a preliminary investigation showed that the pilot was not on the proper radio channel or following flight guidance
