REX’s glowing marble cube in Lower Manhattan, a former power station turned arts center in Brooklyn, and outdoor cooling stations installed in the Bronx are among the projects recognized by AIANY in its 2024 AIA New York Design Awards.
The annual prize garnered over 200 project entries that were reviewed and judged by an esteemed panel of jurors. Winning projects were primarily located within the United States, with a single project hailing from Canada.
