Last year was a record one for Swiss watchmaking. The value of exports soared as top watchmakers cashed in on the continuing global appetite for expensive and exclusive statement timepieces. They will be hoping to feed that hunger this week as 48 brands gather for Watches and Wonders Geneva, now the only major watch show in Switzerland.
