Frank DiLella’s theater picks: ‘Merrily We Roll Along,’ ‘Dead Man Walking,’ and Broadway Forever

“Merrily We Roll Along”

The critically acclaimed New York Theatre Workshop revival of Stephen Sondheim’s “Merrily We Roll Along” has moved uptown to Broadway’s Hudson Theatre. “Merrily” centers around the turbulent journey of three friends Franklin, Charley and Mary played by Jonathan Groff, Daniel Radcliffe and Lindsay Mendez. The musical officially opens on Broadway on Oct. 10.
