On the second day of the autumn-winter 2023-23 Haute Couture season, Couture designer Rami Al Ali unveiled his collection that is inspired by Henri Matisse. You must understand one thing about Al Ali, he doesn’t do anything half way and this collection is no different. With structured tailoring, he has paid homage to the 1940s, specifically to the cut-out era of Matisse’s ‘carving into color’ work. In all the thirty pieces you can see this artistic expression of designer and painter.
