The final PGA Tour event to earn FedExCup Playoff points is this week in Greensboro, NC for the 2023 Wyndham Championship. The 156 player field drew 14 of the top-50 players in the world rankings including golf odds favorites Hideki Matsuyama, Russell Henley, Sunjae Im, Denny McCarthy, Si Woo Kim and Sam Burns, who is ranked higheset in the field at No. 20.
But FedEx Cup points and the FedExCup standings are most important this week with many players hovering around the bubble with the top 70 players advancing to next week’s FedEx Cup Playoffs starting in Memphis for the FedEx St. Jude Championship.
