CNY Jazz will bring the 2024 Black History Month Cabaret to Syracuse on February 25, featuring Endea Owens.
The celebration will include performances from emerging jazz artist Endea Owens who will perform with The Cookout, her six-piece band.
As a philanthropist and Juilliard graduate, Endea Owens founded the Community Cookout, a non-profit that provides meals and music to underserved neighborhoods in New York City. She has composed for the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and the Cincinnati Orchestra.
