December 1: Sugar Hill Gang at Middle Ages Beer Hall
New Jersey hip-hop pioneers Sugar Hill Gang will kick off the month with a performance at Syracuse’s newest music venue, the Middle Ages Beer Hall. Known for their smash hit “Rapper’s Delight” which was the first rap single to become a top 40 hit (1979), the band has served as the inspiration to countless acts over the last four decades.
