David Ehrenberg is stepping down from his role as president and CEO of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corp. after almost a decade.
“The Navy Yard has been my second home for the past nine years, and this is a bittersweet moment for me,” Ehrenberg said, “but I am ready to take on a new challenge.”
Ehrenberg was first appointed head of the nonprofit organization that oversees the Navy Yard in August 2013, near the end of former Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s administration.
