DOJ to appeal travel mask mandate ruling after CDC says masks still needed on public transportation

The Department of Justice is appealing a court ruling to reinstate the Biden administration’s mask mandate on planes, trains and other public transportation, after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said the facial coverings were still necessary for indoor travel.
