R&B Realty Group is in the process of converting its 16-story, 87,000-square-foot office building at 32 W. 39th St. into office condos, the company announced Tuesday.
Sales are expected to launch next quarter at the recently renovated property, which includes full-floor spaces ranging from 3,970 to 8,371 square feet that can be purchased rather than leased. The floors also can be combined by one tenant to create a single 70,000-square-foot office.
R&B, led by Aron Rosenberg, purchased the property in 2004. Until recently it was in danger of foreclosure from lender Maverick Real Estate Partners after it defaulted on its mortgage payments.
