Northwell Health has opened the Sandra Atlas Bass Otolaryngology Center on the campus of Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, it announced Monday.
The 18,000-square-foot building is funded by a $12.2 million donation from a longtime benefactor for whom the center takes its name. The center provides head and neck ambulatory procedures, adult laryngology, rhinology, skull base surgery, facial plastic surgery, general otolaryngology, adult speech language pathology and audiology testing.
