Via Carota Launches A Line Of Ready-To-Pour Craft Cocktails

You don’t have to be up-to-date on New York City’s ever-evolving restaurant scene to have heard of Via Carota. The charming West Village trattoria — which is run by business and life partners and James Beard award-winning chefs Jody Williams, of Buvette, and Rita Sodi, of I Sodi — has been perpetually packed since it opened in 2014. And the restaurant’s highly-anticipated cookbook was released a few months ago.
