Highly Likely has the bright, airy, vibrant vibes of some of Australia‘s best all-day cafés. You’ll find all the California takes on breakfast classics on the menu here. All of them are great, but standouts include the fish sandwich, made with locally caught, tempura-battered fish and kosho tartar sauce, or the Japanese porridge bowl with housemade pickles, dashi broth, Okinawa potatoes, mushrooms, greens, miso granola, and a soft boiled egg. While Highly Likely is squarely a café, it also has wines that skew natural, as well as beer, kombucha, cider, and other brewed goodies. This spot is sunny and casual and just what you need no matter the occasion, whether that be a morning-after date or a decamp with colleagues.
