Truly New York Announces Rockefeller Holiday Sing-Along

Truly New York, an event and hospitality platform created by Uplyft and Dayglo Presents, has announced “Holiday Sing-Along,” a new dining and live music experience at 45 Rockefeller Center. The event will offer three shows a day from December 5, 2026 through January 2, 2027, featuring brunch, lunch and evening performances by award-winning cast members from popular Broadway shows with a view of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree.

Brunch will begin at 9 a.m. with lunch at 11:30 a.m. and dinner at 8 p.m., with each show lasting about 90 minutes. The shows will feature original parody performances of holiday hits like “All I Want for Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey, “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” by Brenda Lee, a holiday twist on pop songs like “Pink Pony Club” by Chappell Roan and “Espresso” by Sabrina Carpenter and hits with New York at the center like “Empire State of Mind” by Jay-Z featuring Alicia Keys. More songs are set to be added as the show develops.

“For 15 years, we have produced experiences around the moments that make New York unlike anywhere else in the world. Holiday Sing-Along – Rockefeller Center gives guests the chance to experience the center of the holiday season in NYC, the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree through live music, great food, shared celebration and thoughtful hospitality. We want people to leave feeling as though they didn’t simply see a New York holiday tradition, they became part of one.” said Derrick Cowit, President and Executive Producer of Uplyft and founder of TrulyNewYork.com.

Truly New York, led by Cowit, creates events around New York City’s more iconic traditions and experiences, like the Thanksgiving Parade, Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree and New Year’s Eve Ball Drop. With over a decade of experience, Cowit works to help guests experience traditions with the access and hospitality of a local insider. The platform was also created with Dayglo Presents, a live music and media company led by independent media impresario Peter Shapiro.

The Truly New York holiday season begins with Thanksgiving Day Parade events, which offers a birds-eye view of the parade in a variety of establishments across the parade route.

“The response to our Thanksgiving Day Parade Brunch at Jazz at Lincoln Center in Columbus Circle showed us just how much appetite there is for more elevated ways to experience New York City’s biggest holiday moments,” said Bradley Tucker, Vice President of Business Development at Dayglo Presents. “Watching families settle into the iconic Appel Room, eye-level with the floats, told us we were onto something bigger than one event. That’s exactly why partnering with Derrick and Uplyft on Holiday Sing-Along at the Rockefeller Center tree made so much sense. It’s a new idea taken to the next iconic backdrop. We’re proud to keep building new NYC holiday traditions together.”
