The day finally arrived—Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding day!
Nearly two years after the couple made their first public appearance together—with countless nights out for dinner in New York City, Swift’s gargantuan Eras Tour, and Kansas City Chiefs games in between—they announced their engagement in August 2025. Ever since, speculation has been swirling. What designer (or designers) would Taylor choose to wear? What might a wedding at Madison Square Garden actually look like? Who was invited to the big day? Swift—known for dropping hints and Easter eggs into her outfits, videos, and performances—remained tight-lipped through it all. But as the day went on, certain details came out.
Here’s everything we know so far about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding.
There were also reports on Friday that Stevie Nicks and Paul McCartney would perform during the ceremony. An unnamed source told the Times that “Swift and Nicks had participated in a sound check inside the Garden earlier on Friday.” (It appears that Swift’s “Stevie Knicks” shirt at the NBA finals—custom-made by her friend Alana Haim—may have been one of her signature Easter eggs for fans.)
Over 1,000 guests were expected at the Friday event. According to NBC News, guests received NDAs to sign along with their invitations. (Also, uniquely watermarked to deter leaks.) There was also a reported no-phones policy.
“I think the only stressful weddings are ones where you have a small amount [of people],” Swift said during an appearance on Graham Norton’s British talk show last fall. “And you have to evaluate or assess your relationship with them, to see if they should be there. I’m not gonna do that.” She joked that “anyone I’ve ever talked to” will be invited—and seems to have kept her word.

Jack Antonoff and Antoni Porowski deployed some deft question-dodging when asked about their attendance, while Suki Waterhouse was the only one who outright revealed that she would attend in the days before the event.
Then, on Friday, Antonoff and his sister Rachel were indeed spotted on their way to MSG. Also seen departing their myriad homes and hotels that afternoon were Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Lena Dunham, the Haim sisters, Swift’s childhood friend Abigail Anderson Berard, Ed Sheeran, Zoë Kravitz, Dakota Johnson, Julianne Moore, Ethan Hawke, Hugh Grant, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Benson Boone, Mariska Hargitay, Nikki Glaser, Jimmy Fallon, Ellie Goulding, Kyle and Kristin Juszczyk, and Karlie Kloss. (Variety reported that Swift’s ex Harry Styles was also invited, but unable to join his fiancée Kravitz due to tour commitments.)
Not one to forget her roots, Swift also apparently invited country stars Brad Paisley, the Chicks, and Maren Morris, as well as her longtime collaborators Max Martin, Shellback, and Aaron Dessner. Other reported guests included Bridgerton’s Phoebe Dynevor and her fiancé, actor-producer Cameron Fuller, along with Grey’s Anatomy’s Ellen Pompeo. (One of Swift’s cats takes her name from Pompeo’s character.)
It’s probably right to assume that Taylor had multiple outfit changes—just like Dua Lipa did recently for her own starry, Sicily-set three-day affair—throughout the weekend. But according to a release sent out on Friday night, she wore a Dior couture gown by Jonathan Anderson for the ceremony, with Kelce also dressed in Dior. The bride finished her dress with Cartier jewelry and custom Christian Louboutin shoes.
A statement also revealed that Swift and Kelce forwent a traditional wedding party, opting instead to have Swift’s brother, Austin, serve as her “man of honor” while Kelce’s brother, Jason, was best man. Adam Sandler—with whom Kelce appeared in Happy Gilmore 2 last year—was the officiant. After the couple said “I do,” LED screens outside of Madison Square Garden lit up with the words “JUST&T MARRIED,” while the top of the Empire State Building turned into Swift’s “something blue.”
