There are three membership tiers: Frequent Traveller, Senator, and HON Circle. To achieve Frequent Traveller status, guests must earn 650 points and 325 qualifying points in a calendar year. While you’ll earn regular points when flying on all travel classes across an array of Star Alliance airlines, you can only earn qualifying points when you fly on the following airlines: Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Eurowings, ITA Airways, Lufthansa, SWISS, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, and Luxair. To achieve Senator status, you must earn 2,000 points and 1,000 qualifying points in return for benefits like first-class check-in, priority boarding, and access to Senator/Star Alliance Gold lounges. As for HON Circle? That costs a whopping 6,000 HON points, which can only be earned by flying business or first class on select airline partners.
